Part-Time Bookkeeper – India

We are looking for an experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper in India who has strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks and can independently manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping entries.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Record and categorize financial transactions in QuickBooks.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Maintain invoices, receipts, expenses, and other financial records.
- Assist with monthly financial reports and account summaries.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
- Support other bookkeeping and accounting-related tasks as required.

Requirements:

- 2–4+ years of relevant bookkeeping/accounting experience.
- Strong hands-on experience using QuickBooks is required.




- Good understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
- Experience with bank reconciliation, invoicing, expenses, and financial record maintenance.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to provide five strong qualified references from previous employers or clients
