Role Description The Painter role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bardez. The Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing and applying paints and coatings, and ensuring high-quality finishes on interior and exterior areas of the property. Daily tasks include repairing and patching walls, ceilings, and fixtures, performing spray painting where required, and maintaining painting tools and equipment in good working condition.

The Painter will follow safety guidelines, adhere to hotel standards,



and coordinate with the maintenance and housekeeping teams to complete projects efficiently and with minimal disruption to guests. The role also involves periodic inspections of painted surfaces and timely touch-ups to preserve the hotel’s visual appeal.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Paint, Painting, and Spray Painting for interior and exterior surfaces.
- Candidates should possess skills in Painting and Decorating to ensure aesthetically pleasing finishes and attention to detail.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Coatings, including surface preparation and selection of appropriate materials for durability.
- Previous experience as a Painter in hospitality, residential, or commercial settings is preferred.
- Ability to read and follow work orders, safety procedures, and basic technical instructions.
- Robust attention to detail, time management, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and work at heights with appropriate safety equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent is beneficial; vocational training or certification in painting or related trades is an advantage.
