Monthly Stipend: ₹7,500/month

Important Requirements (Must-Have):

- It is an in-office role (There is no remote or hybrid opportunity available)
- You must own a personal laptop (compulsory)
- Work from our Dumdum office currently and from the Salt Lake Sector 5 office (from November onwards)
- Monday to Friday | 10 AM to 7 PM
- Tenure: 6 Months

Candidate Profile:

- A Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing) will be preferred. An educational background in Media, Journalism, Marketing, or related fields will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience / understanding of Influencer Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media, or the Creator Economy will be preferred.
- Strong interest in social media, creators, influencer marketing, and digital trends.
- Logically sound with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Possesses good negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Proficient in both English and Hindi.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and research relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Reach out to creators via email, DM, WhatsApp, and talent managers.
- Build and maintain influencer databases.
- Coordinate with creators throughout the campaign lifecycle.




- Assist in campaign planning, execution, and daily operations.
- Follow up with creators for pending deliverables, approvals, and submissions.
- Ensure timely submission of campaign deliverables.
- Track campaign performance and assist in preparing reports.
- Support the team with campaign documentation and coordination.
- Stay updated with the latest influencer marketing, social media, and digital trends.
