KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Authenticating & collecting Daily production reports.

· Follow-up of prod. Dept. Emails/phone calls.

· Keeping accountability of all deputed activities to responsible persons on the Packaging-shop floor.

· Managing Manpower utilization.

· Managing Online samples to Qc/parties as and when required.

· Keeping Vigilance/record on each material movement in Packaging plant.

· Checking and authenticating of stock entries on the system.

· Entering Production data in the system as per Guidelines.

· Adherence to the standards as per management guidelines.

· Manage Data feeding in the system as per production reports.

· Activities as and when Required by Management.

Preparing and verifying breakdown & Preventive maintenance data.
