Setup and Adjustments: Calibrate air pressure controls, change out molds or dies, and load packing materials (films, boxes, or pouches).

Quality Control: Inspect finished packages for correct weight, tight seals, and proper labeling before sending them to the warehouse.

Troubleshooting: Transparent minor pneumatic or mechanical jams, replace worn gaskets or valves, and report major breakdowns to maintenance. Maintenance & Sanitation: Lubricate parts, clean debris from pneumatic lines, and keep the immediate workspace tidy.
