Manage and guide packing staff and allocate daily work. Maintain proper packing materials and inventory. Ensure timely completion of packing and dispatch orders. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline in the packing area.

Coordinate with the warehouse, production, and dispatch teams. Identify and report packing errors, damages, or shortages. Maintain basic records of packing and dispatch activities.

Requirements: Previous experience in packing supervision, preferably in an automobile/tractor spare parts or manufacturing company. Good knowledge of packing and dispatch processes. Ability to manage a team and handle work pressure. Valuable communication and organizational skills. Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
