We are looking for a responsible and experienced Packaging Supervisor to manage the packing of finished furniture products and ensure secure, proper and timely dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise the packing team and daily packaging activities

- Ensure chairs, tables, sofas and other furniture are packed properly

- Check products for quality, damage and finishing before packing

- Ensure proper use of foam, bubble wrap, cardboard, plastic, corner protection and other packing materials

- Plan and manage packaging according to daily dispatch requirements

- Ensure products are packed securely to prevent damage during transportation

- Coordinate with production, QC, warehouse and dispatch teams

- Check product quantity and packing status before dispatch

- Maintain packaging material stock and inform management about requirements





- Ensure proper labeling and identification of packed products

- Train and manage packaging workers

- Maintain daily packaging and dispatch records

- Ensure workplace safety and cleanliness

Requirements

- Experience in furniture packaging / manufacturing / warehouse operations preferred

- Good team-handling and supervision skills

- Ability to manage multiple orders and dispatch requirements

- Basic computer/ERP knowledge will be an advantage

- Good attention to detail

- Responsible and hardworking

- Ability to coordinate with different departments

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
