Job Summary

We are looking for a Packing Operator – Electronics to join our warehouse backend team. The candidate will be responsible for product packing, labeling, tagging, sorting, product handling, and dispatch preparation of electronic products.

The role involves handling electronic products carefully and ensuring that products are packed correctly and ready for dispatch according to company standards and SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

- Pack electronic products according to company packing standards and SOPs.
- Check products and accessories before packing to ensure completeness.
- Verify model numbers, serial numbers, barcodes, MRP, labels, and product details.
- Carry out proper product labeling, tagging, and barcode placement.
- Perform basic visual checking for physical damage or visible defects before packing.
- Sort products according to SKU, model, order, and dispatch requirements.
- Handle electronic products carefully to prevent damage during packing and movement.
- Perform repacking of returned or opened products when required.
- Prepare products and packages for dispatch.
- Assist with loading and unloading activities when required.
- Support warehouse stock movement and product arrangement.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the packing and warehouse area.




- Follow company SOPs, safety procedures, packing instructions, and quality requirements.
- Report damaged products, missing accessories, packaging issues, or other problems to the supervisor.
- Ensure packing materials are properly used and maintained.
- Complete assigned packing and warehouse tasks within the required time.
- Perform other warehouse backend duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

- ITI or Diploma in Electronics is required.
- Basic knowledge of electronic products.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.
- Good observation and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow packing checklists and instructions.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to handle electronic products carefully.
- Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work as part of a warehouse/operations team.

Overtime (OT)

- Overtime may be required based on business, order volume, or dispatch requirements.
- Eligible overtime will be paid separately as per company policy and applicable rules.
- OT hours must be approved and recorded by the authorized supervisor.

Preferred Candidate

- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Candidates residing in or around Pantheeramkavu / Kozhikode will be preferred.

Education ITI or Diploma in Electronics

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
