Job Purpose The Outlet Quality Executive is responsible for regularly visiting and inspecting company outlets to ensure compliance with company standards relating to product quality, food safety, hygiene, approved product usage, storage, handling, presentation and operational procedures.

The Executive will identify deviations, document observations, report serious issues to management and follow up to ensure corrective actions are completed.

Key Responsibilities The Outlet Quality Executive shall:

#### A. Outlet Inspection & Quality Monitoring

- Visit assigned outlets as per the approved daily/weekly audit schedule.
- Conduct systematic inspections using company-approved checklists.
- Ensure company quality standards and operating procedures are followed.
- Check the overall cleanliness and condition of the outlet.
- Inspect product quality, storage, handling and presentation.
- Verify that products are stored under appropriate conditions.
- Check product expiry dates, batch details and product condition wherever applicable.
- Identify damaged, expired, spoiled or improperly stored/handled products.
- Check proper stock rotation and FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.

#### B. Approved Product & Material Verification
- Verify that only approved/company products are being used at the outlet.
- Check for unauthorized, substitute or local products/materials.
- Report any unauthorized product usage immediately.
- Verify that approved ingredients, packaging materials and consumables are being used as required.
- Ensure company specifications and standards are followed.

#### C. Food Safety & Hygiene
- Inspect personal hygiene and food-handling practices of outlet staff.
- Check cleanliness of food preparation and storage areas.
- Identify potential contamination risks.
- Check appropriate handling of food products.
- Monitor cleanliness of utensils, equipment and work areas.




- Report responsible food-quality or food-safety concerns immediately.
- Escalate any potential contamination, spoilage or unsafe food-handling practice without delay.

#### D. Documentation & Reporting
- Record all observations and deviations accurately.
- Complete audit/checklist reports for every assigned outlet visit.
- Take photographs or supporting evidence wherever required.
- Submit daily/periodic reports to the reporting manager.
- Clearly identify critical, major and minor deviations as per company guidelines.
- Maintain proper records of outlet inspections and corrective actions.

#### E. Corrective Action & Follow-Up
- Communicate identified deviations to the concerned outlet/team.
- Follow up on previously reported non-compliances.
- Verify whether corrective actions have been completed.
- Re-inspect outlets where necessary.
- Escalate repeated or serious deviations to the reporting manager.
- Support the outlet team in understanding company quality requirements, where required.

#### F. Other Responsibilities
- Maintain professional conduct while visiting company outlets.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and audit findings.
- Follow all company policies and instructions.
- Perform other quality/operations-related duties assigned by management.

Deviation Reporting

Any deviation from company standards, product quality requirements, hygiene practices, food-safety requirements, approved product usage or operating procedures must be properly documented.

Critical issues, including suspected food contamination, spoiled/unsafe products, serious hygiene violations or unauthorized product usage, must be immediately escalated to the reporting manager/concerned management team.

The Outlet Quality Executive shall not ignore, conceal or deliberately omit any material deviation identified during an inspection.
