Role Description The Owner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Nagpur, Maharashtra. This role is responsible for overseeing overall business operations, including project planning, resource allocation, and quality assurance across CAD and BIM service lines.

Daily responsibilities include managing client relationships, reviewing project deliverables, guiding technical teams, and making decisions related to budgeting, scheduling, and business development. The Owner will set strategic direction, define service standards, and ensure compliance with contractual and industry requirements. The role also involves mentoring staff,



identifying process improvements, and exploring new opportunities and partnerships to grow the business sustainably.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and management abilities, including experience supervising teams, setting priorities, and making data-informed decisions.
- Solid understanding of CAD and BIM workflows, tools, and project lifecycles, preferably within architecture, engineering, or construction domains.
- Demonstrated skills in client communication, negotiation, and relationship management to sustain and grow business partnerships.
- Experience in business operations such as budgeting, resource planning, and performance tracking to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site in Nagpur and collaborate closely with local teams and clients.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, architecture, construction management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior ownership, entrepreneurial experience, or senior leadership in a services-based organization is an advantage.
