Role Description The Oracle Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane, responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle applications in line with client business needs. The role involves gathering and analyzing requirements, mapping business processes, and translating them into effective Oracle solutions. Day-to-day tasks include managing Oracle Enterprise Project Management (EPM) and Order Management modules, troubleshooting issues, performing system testing, and supporting end users.

The consultant will work with cross-functional teams, prepare documentation,



conduct user training, and contribute to continuous improvement of system performance and business workflows.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in Oracle Applications and related modules, including configuration and support.
- Strong skills in Enterprise Project Management (EPM) for planning, budgeting, and project tracking.
- Experience with Order Management processes, including order lifecycle, fulfillment, and billing.
- Consulting skills with the ability to analyze and optimize Business Process workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Ability to work in office in Thane and collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
- Solid problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with attention to detail and documentation quality.
- Experience with implementation or support of ERP systems, preferably Oracle-based, is highly beneficial.
