Ophthalmology Assistant Professor / Senior Resident

SBR Institute of Medical Sciences is looking for qualified Assistant Professor and Senior Resident Ophthalmology to join the Department of Ophthalmology.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Ophthalmology OPD and IPD patients.
- Perform comprehensive ophthalmic examination, diagnosis and treatment.
- Assist/perform ophthalmic procedures and surgeries as per experience and privileges.
- Manage common ophthalmological conditions and emergencies.
- Participate in ward rounds, consultations and patient management.
- Maintain proper clinical documentation and departmental records.
- Participate in teaching and academic activities of the department.
- Support development of the department for the upcoming medical college.
- Perform duties assigned by the HOD/Medical Superintendent/Dean.

Qualification & Experience





Assistant Professor:

MS/DNB Ophthalmology with required Senior Residency/teaching experience as per applicable NMC norms.

Senior Resident:

MS/DNB Ophthalmology from a recognized medical college/institution.

Valid State Medical Council/NMC registration is mandatory.
