Role & responsibilities

- Assist in sterile injectable manufacturing and filling operations as per approved SOPs and GMP requirements.

- Operate and monitor production equipment under the guidance of senior personnel.

- Follow aseptic practices, gowning procedures, and cleanroom requirements.

- Perform line clearance, equipment cleaning, and area cleaning activities as per SOPs.

- Maintain accurate BMR/BPR and production records.

- Follow safety, GMP, GDP, and data integrity requirements.

- Report equipment abnormalities, deviations, and process-related issues to the supervisor.

- Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the production area.

- Support routine production activities and achieve daily production targets.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma qualified

- Basic knowledge of GMP and sterile manufacturing practices.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

- Ability to learn and follow SOPs and instructions.

- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to work in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting are encouraged to apply.
