Frelit Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and highly organized Operations Manager – Solar EPC to join our team in Vadodara, Gujarat.

This role will be responsible for coordinating the complete flow of EPC operations and ensuring smooth communication between Sales, Liaisoning, Dispatch, Installation, Project Execution, and other internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage day-to-day operations related to Solar EPC projects.
- Act as the central coordination point between Sales, Liaisoning, Dispatch, Installation, and Project Execution teams.
- Monitor projects from order confirmation through dispatch, installation, commissioning, and handover.
- Follow up on pending activities, site requirements, material availability, installation schedules, and project status.
- Identify operational issues, bottlenecks, and delays and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with Sales regarding customer requirements, commitments, and project status.
- Coordinate with Liaisoning teams for approvals, documentation, and permissions.
- Coordinate with Dispatch teams to ensure timely movement of required materials.
- Coordinate with Installation and Execution teams to ensure projects are completed as per schedule.
- Maintain project trackers, operational reports, and follow-up records.
- Conduct internal coordination and review meetings whenever required.




- Escalate critical issues to management with relevant information and possible solutions.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities while ensuring proper follow-up and closure.

Key Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in Operations, Project Management, Coordination, Administration Management, or a similar role.
- Experience in Solar EPC, Renewable Energy, Electrical, or related industries will be preferred.
- Strong team coordination and operational management skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and project, task tracking.
- Proactive approach with the ability to take ownership of operational issues.
- Prior team management and operations management experience is preferred.
