VQualify has partnered with a leading private-sector bank to grow its two-wheeler refinance business across Western India. You will own the process end to end, from opt-in digital leads to disbursement, and manage a team handling leads in Hindi, Marathi and Gujarati.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive Raw Lead Qualified Lead above 40% and improve Lead Login Disbursement conversion.

- Manage the lead generation and customer calling team: targets, productivity, attendance, coaching and reviews.

- Ensure qualified leads are shared with the bank SPOC and tracked as Approved / Not Ready to Share OTP / Branch Visit.

- Send the daily MIS to the bank and reconcile case-wise status, including SFDC remarks.

- Follow up on pending cases and escalate from SO State Head Business Head.

- Re-connect non-contactable customers and arrange branch visits.

- Push logged-in cases to disbursement, coordinating pending customer documents.

Requirements

- Understanding of the retail loan journey: login, credit, documentation, disbursement.

- Experience in two-wheeler loans, vehicle refinance or retail lending preferred.

- Solid Excel / Google Sheets and MIS skills; SFDC/CRM familiarity.

- Hindi and Marathi mandatory; Gujarati an advantage.
