The firm's regulatory and licensing portfolio includes BIS, EPR and other product certification and compliance services.

Role Description We are looking for an experienced and proactive Operations Manager – BIS & Compliance to oversee and manage end-to-end regulatory and certification operations across multiple compliance verticals, including CRS, ISI, FMCS, WPC, BEE and EPR.

The role involves managing client assignments from requirement assessment and documentation through application filing, testing and certification coordination, authority communication, follow-ups, query resolution, renewals and closure.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience in BIS certification and regulatory operations, along with exposure to multiple compliance/licensing verticals. Experience across different industries, product categories and regulatory requirements will be highly valued. The candidate will also be responsible for team coordination, workflow management, client communication, quality control and timely delivery of regulatory assignments.

Key Respnsibilities

- Manage end-to-end BIS and regulatory certification/licensing processes.
- Handle and coordinate CRS, ISI, FMCS, WPC,



BEE and EPR assignments.
- Coordinate with clients, laboratories, regulatory authorities and certification bodies.
- Review documentation, applications and regulatory submissions.
- Track applications, renewals, queries and approvals.
- Manage multiple client assignments and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with and guide team members on ongoing assignments.
- Ensure quality and accuracy of regulatory documentation and submissions.
- Stay updated with relevant regulatory requirements, standards and procedural changes.

Required Skills and Experience

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in BIS, licensing or regulatory compliance.
- Strong practical exposure to BIS certification, particularly CRS, ISI and FMCS.
- Exposure to WPC, BEE and EPR will be an advantage.
- Experience across multiple industries, sectors and product categories is highly preferred.
- Strong client-handling, communication and coordination skills.
- Confident, proactive and articulate approach to professional communication.
- Ability to independently manage assignments, priorities and deadlines.
- Strong follow-up, problem-solving and operational management skills.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline. Candidates with an academic or professional background in Engineering, Science, Regulatory Affairs or Compliance will be preferred.
