Role Description The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day catering operations across multiple client locations, ensuring consistent quality, hygiene, and service standards. This full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad involves managing staff schedules, supervising kitchen and service teams, and coordinating with clients to meet menu, dietary, and event requirements.

The role includes tracking operational performance, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in operations management within hospitality, catering, food services, or a related industry.

- Strong skills in team leadership, staff supervision, and workforce scheduling.

- Ability to manage client relationships, handle feedback, and coordinate customized service requirements.

- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and regulatory compliance in catering operations.

- Competence in inventory control, vendor management, and basic budgeting or cost management.

- Effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Proficiency in using basic office and operations software tools for reporting and coordination.

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

- Prior experience managing multi-site operations and large teams will be an advantage.
