About the Role

Ambika Iron & Minerals is looking for an experienced and responsible Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day field operations and ensure smooth, efficient, and timely execution of operational activities.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage field activities, workers, vendors, and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise day-to-day field operations.
- Coordinate with workers, contractors, suppliers, transporters, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed as per schedule.
- Maintain proper records of daily operations, manpower, materials, and transportation.
- Conduct regular field visits and resolve operational issues.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, vehicles, and materials.
- Coordinate material movement and transportation as required.
- Monitor field-level safety, discipline, and compliance with company procedures.




- Prepare daily/weekly operational reports for management.
- Identify operational challenges and take timely corrective action.
- Coordinate with the office team and management regarding field requirements and updates.
- Ensure smooth communication between field staff and management.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, field operations, logistics, mining, minerals, construction, or a related industry.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage field staff and handle day-to-day operational challenges.
- Comfortable with extensive field work and local travel.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and maintaining reports.
- Positive organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Should be responsible, disciplined, and capable of working independently.
- A valid driving license would be an added advantage.

Compensation ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and suitability for the role.

Pay: ₹15,405.46 - ₹58,566.10 per month
