Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with supervisor and team members to understand project requirements and objectives.

- Assist in maintaining effective communication channels among stakeholders, including students, parents, teachers, and internal teams.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of training sessions for teachers and staff members.
- Support the management of teacher scheduling, performance tracking, and ongoing support to ensure high-quality educational services.
- Help in processing teacher payrolls and ensure timely and accurate compensation.
- Work with datasets related to student performance, course outcomes, and operational metrics.



Analyse the data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
- Participate in team meetings and discussions to brainstorm ideas and suggest process improvements.
- Take initiative in handling ad-hoc tasks and contributing to special projects as needed.

Qualification -

● Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. (B.Tech preferred)

● Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

● Highly organised with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

● Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

● Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques is a plus.

● Passion for education and a keen interest in the edtech industry.

● Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in a quick-paced startup environment. Location- Bangalore (HSR office) Perks:
