Key Responsibilities: Manage gaming sessions, billing and customer interactions. Operate and maintain PS5, PC, VR, simulator and RC racing setups. Explain and provide mobile protection services to customers. Maintain store cleanliness, equipment and stock. Handle customer queries and ensure a great customer experience. Support sales, promotions and daily store operations.

Requirements: Good communication, positive attitude and customer-handling skills. Flexible, responsible, punctual and willing to learn. Comfortable working evenings, weekends and holidays. Freshers can apply.

Experience in mobile screen guard application, mobile servicing or related skills will be an advantage.
