Operations & Project Control Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and process-driven Operations & Project Control Manager to manage day-to-day operations across our design studio, project sites, procurement and furniture manufacturing.

The role involves project tracking, factory coordination, procurement, inventory and cost control, with a strong focus on follow-ups, accountability and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage project tasks, timelines and team follow-ups through ClickUp.
- Coordinate between design, site, factory and procurement teams.
- Track furniture production, job cards, dispatches, delays and rework.
- Maintain project-wise inventory and material consumption records.
- Coordinate vendor quotations, purchase orders and deliveries.
- Track project costs, purchases and budgets.
- Prepare weekly/monthly MIS and project status reports.
- Identify delays, wastage,



cost leakages and operational bottlenecks.
- Build and improve systems for better visibility and accountability.

What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of relevant experience in interiors, furniture, construction, manufacturing or project execution.
- Excellent Excel/Google Sheets and organisational skills.
- Robust follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Comfortable working with vendors, factory teams, designers and contractors.
- Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working independently.
- Someone who creates systems, solves problems and gets things done.

Preferred: B.Com / BBA / Supply Chain / Industrial Engineering or equivalent. Experience with ClickUp, ERP, Tally or Zoho is a plus. This is not a conventional admin role. It is a hands-on operations role requiring both desk-based tracking and on-ground coordination.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
