Job Overview

The Voice Process will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, issues, and requests through calls . They will ensure timely and accurate responses to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and for a voice process typically involves handling incoming calls in a professional and customer-friendly manner.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Assisting customers with inquiries, requests, and issue resolution over the phone.
- Troubleshooting technical issues,



guiding customers through solutions, and escalating complex problems to appropriate teams.
- Updating customer information, recording interactions, and maintaining accurate records in the system.
- Collaborating with team members and other departments to share feedback, address challenges, and improve overall processes.
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction scores.

Salary: 6 LPA Max
