Eduwer is looking for an organized and proactive Online Teacher Recruitment Specialist from Calicut to support our online education operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and screen qualified online teachers.
- Maintain and regularly update the teacher database.
- Match teachers with student requirements.
- Coordinate teacher schedules, classes, and replacements.
- Coordinate with students, parents, and teachers.
- Manage trial classes and follow-ups.
- Support day-to-day academic and administrative activities.
Requirements:
- Good English communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in teacher recruitment, HR, education, or academic coordination preferred.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Robust follow-up and organizational skills.
- Experience with online teacher recruitment is an advantage.
