Online Reputation Management Specialist

Location: Pan-India / Remote

Important: This is NOT a Social Media Manager role. Social media handling is managed separately.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Online Reputation Management Specialist to develop and execute strategies that strengthen our brand’s online visibility, reputation, and overall perception.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitoring Online Reviews and ratings
- Responding to positive and negative student/parent reviews
- Identifying recurring complaints and coordinating with Student Support/Operations
- Brand monitoring & social listening of The Language SKOOL online
- Handling reputation-related issues before they escalate.
- Online sentiment & trend analysis.
- Preparing weekly/monthly ORM reports




- Coordinating with the Marketing/Social Media team to strengthen the brand’s online image
- Flagging potentially responsible complaints to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5–7 years of ORM (Online Reputation Management) experience
- Hands-on experience with Quora , Reddit , AmbitionBox , and Glassdoor etc.
- Experience with ORM tools, social listening & dashboard management
- Strong understanding of SEO and online reputation management
- Excellent content writing and communication skills
- Good understanding of customer communication
- Experience handling Reviews, ratings, and online brand reputation
