Key Responsibilities As an Online Tutor at Noble Educators, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting engaging 1-to-1 live online tutoring sessions .
- Teaching students according to their respective curriculum, grade level and academic goals.
- Developing robust conceptual understanding instead of relying only on memorization.
- Explaining difficult topics in a simple, structured and student-friendly manner.
- Preparing students for school examinations, standardized assessments and international examinations.
- Helping students with homework, assignments, coursework and revision.
- Creating personalized lesson plans based on each student's strengths and learning gaps.
- Providing practice questions, worksheets and additional learning material whenever required.
- Conducting regular assessments to evaluate student progress.
- Identifying learning gaps and creating improvement strategies.
- Supporting students with examination techniques, time management and problem-solving strategies.
- Maintaining consistency and punctuality for scheduled classes.
- Providing constructive feedback regarding student performance.
- Communicating important academic updates with the Noble Educators academic/coordinator team.
- Maintaining a professional and encouraging learning environment.
- Adapting teaching methods according to the student's age, curriculum, learning style and academic level.

Candidate Requirements

Candidates should ideally have

- Bachelor's degree or higher in the relevant subject or related discipline.
- Strong command over the subject they wish to teach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently.
- Previous teaching or tutoring experience.
- Experience teaching students online or in a classroom environment.
- Familiarity with international curricula.
- Good understanding of curriculum-specific assessment patterns.
- Ability to teach students from different countries and cultural backgrounds.
- Strong digital and online teaching skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Laptop or desktop computer suitable for online teaching.
- Webcam and good-quality microphone/headset.
- Quiet and professional teaching environment.

Preferred Qualifications Preference may be given to candidates who have:




- Previous experience teaching international students.
- Experience with IB, IGCSE, GCSE, AP, US, UK, Australian or Canadian curricula .
- Experience preparing students for board or international examinations.
- Formal teaching qualifications such as B.Ed., M.Ed., PGCE or equivalent .
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree in the subject being taught.
- Experience using digital whiteboards and online teaching platforms.
- Experience developing worksheets, assessments or structured lesson plans.
- Strong student engagement and classroom management skills.
- Ability to teach multiple grades or curriculum levels.
