Dunamis Chess club is looking for a passionate and experienced Freelance Online Chess Instructor to conduct engaging and structured online chess classes for students.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge and practical experience in chess, including fundamental rules, opening principles, tactical strategies, positional play, and endgame techniques. The instructor should be able to teach students at beginner and intermediate levels through interactive online group sessions.

Teaching Requirements

- Conduct online group Chess classes.
- 2 sessions per week
- Each session will be 1 hour.
- Total teaching commitment: 2 hours per week.
- Group size: Approximately 3–5 students.

Preferred teaching days:

- Monday & Thursday
- Tuesday & Friday
- Wednesday & Saturday

Preferred evening time slots:

- 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Responsibilities
- Conduct structured, interactive, and engaging online chess classes.
- Teach students according to their age and learning level.
- Guide students in chess fundamentals, rules, piece movements, and game strategies.
- Teach opening principles, tactical patterns, positional understanding, and endgame techniques.
- Help students develop concentration, logical reasoning, strategic thinking,



and problem-solving skills.
- Conduct practice games, puzzles, and interactive chess activities.
- Analyse students’ games and provide constructive feedback.
- Encourage regular practice and monitor students’ progress.
- Maintain punctuality and professionalism during all sessions.
- Create a positive, motivating, and enjoyable learning environment.

Eligibility
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in Chess.
- Previous chess teaching or coaching experience is preferred.
- Ability to teach children and students in an online group setting.
- Valuable communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain chess concepts clearly and engage students through practical activities.
- Access to a stable internet connection and a suitable device for conducting online classes.
- Candidates with chess ratings, coaching certifications, tournament participation, or competitive playing experience will be preferred.
