About WebConstructive and the role WebConstructive Digital Solutions is a digital marketing and web development agency based in Goregaon East, Mumbai. In 8+ years we have worked with 400+ clients and delivered 600+ websites across India, the UK, the UAE, and other markets. Our services include SEO, web development, Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media marketing.

You will own on-page optimisation and monthly performance reporting for a portfolio of SEO clients. You make sure every important page is optimised, and every client understands what was done and what it delivered. You will work closely with our content writers, developers, and the strategy lead.

Key responsibilities: keyword research and mapping

- Research keywords by intent and map them to existing and new pages
- Identify content gaps, cannibalization, and quick-win pages from GSC data
- Build keyword maps and update them as sites grow

On-page optimization

- Write and optimize title tags, meta descriptions, headings, and body content
- Improve internal linking, URL structure, image alt text, and page structure
- Implement changes directly in WordPress and Shopify, or brief developers where needed
- Support e-commerce SEO: category pages, product pages, and collection structure
- Add basic schema markup where required, with guidance from the technical lead

Content coordination

- Create detailed content briefs for our writers with target keyword, intent, outline, competitors, and internal links
- Review drafts for SEO quality, accuracy, and brand tone before publishing
- Refresh underperforming content based on ranking and traffic data

Reporting and analysis

- Track rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and page-level performance using GA4, GSC, and rank trackers




- Build and maintain client dashboards in Looker Studio
- Prepare monthly reports covering what was done, what moved, what dropped and why, and next steps
- Flag ranking drops and traffic anomalies early, with a first-level diagnosis
- Contribute to monthly client calls with clear, honest updates
- Track rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and page-level performance using GA4, GSC, and rank trackers

- On-page tasks delivered on schedule for every assigned client
- Reports sent on time, accurate, and easy for a non-SEO client to understand
- Measurable improvement in rankings and organic traffic for priority pages
- Minimal rework on briefs and content reviews

Requirements: Must have

- 1-3 years of on-page SEO experience, preferably in an agency
- Strong working knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio
- Experience with SEMrush or Ahrefs
- Basic HTML understanding and comfort editing pages in WordPress
- Clear, professional English writing
- Ability to manage 8-10 active clients with good attention to detail

Good to have

- CMS SEO experience
- Basic schema markup knowledge
- E-commerce or multi-location SEO exposure
- Experience with Screaming Frog for on-page audits

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
