- To give voice, chat and email Anydesk support to all franchisees
- Provide training of the software application to franchisees and internal teams
- Maintain support tracker of all the support handled on daily basis
- Take regular feedback from franchisees on support and application
- Escalate bugs and technical issues to the software vendor and get it fixed 6. Prepare SOP manuals for the usage of application
- 1000 plus franchisees to be supported - average support per day will be 30 to 40 (highest)
