About WebConstructive and the role WebConstructive Digital Solutions is a digital marketing and web development agency based in Goregaon East, Mumbai. In 8+ years we have worked with 400+ clients and delivered 600+ websites across India, the UK, the UAE, and other markets. Our services include SEO, web development, Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media marketing.

You will own off-page SEO and local SEO for our client portfolio. That means building quality backlinks, improving brand visibility across the web, and managing Google Business Profiles for local clients in Mumbai, the UK, and the UAE. Our clients span D2C brands, manufacturers, healthcare, and service businesses, so you will work across many niches.

Key responsibilities: link building

- Plan and run link-building campaigns through outreach, guest posts, niche edits, resource pages, and broken link building
- Analyze competitor backlink profiles and identify link gaps
- Prospect relevant sites, evaluate them on relevance, traffic, and spam signals, and maintain a vetted prospect list
- Write outreach emails and follow-ups, and manage the relationship until the link goes live
- Coordinate with the content team on link-worthy assets and guest post drafts
- Audit existing backlink profiles, flag toxic links, and prepare disavow files when needed
- Manage anchor text distribution so profiles stay natural

Local SEO

- Set up, verify, and optimize Google Business Profiles, including categories, services, attributes, photos, posts, and Q&A;
- Run review generation and response workflows for local clients
- Build and clean up citations across local and industry directories, and keep NAP (name, address, phone) consistent
- Track local pack rankings and GBP insights (calls, direction requests, views)
- Handle GBP suspensions, duplicate listings, and profile edits
- Set up,



verify, and optimize Google Business Profiles, including categories, services, attributes, photos, posts, and Q&A;
- Run review generation and response workflows for local clients
- Build and clean up citations across local and industry directories, and keep NAP (name, address, phone) consistent
- Track local pack rankings and GBP insights (calls, direction requests, views)

Tracking and reporting

- Maintain a live tracker of every link and citation, with URL, DR/DA, anchor, status, and date
- Share monthly off-page and local SEO updates for client reports in clear, plain language

What success looks like

- Monthly link and citation targets met for each client, with quality over volume
- A healthy outreach response rate and steady placements on relevant sites
- Improving local pack visibility and GBP actions for local clients
- Clean, up-to-date trackers that anyone on the team can pick up

Requirements: Must have

- 6 Months - 2 years of hands-on off-page SEO experience, preferably in an agency
- Proven outreach experience with real placements you can talk about
- Clear understanding of link quality (relevance, authority, traffic, spam signals)
- Working knowledge of Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz
- Hands-on experience managing Google Business Profiles
- Solid written English for outreach and client-facing updates
- Organized, with good tracking discipline

Good to have

- Experience with local SEO tools such as BrightLocal or Whitespark
- Digital PR or HARO experience
- International (UK/UAE) link building or local SEO experience

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹2,600,000.00 per year
