Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Occupational Therapist and Speech Therapist based in Ramnagar. The role involves assessing children and adults to identify developmental, cognitive, physical, and communication needs, and designing individualized therapy plans. Daily responsibilities include providing one-on-one and group therapy sessions, documenting progress, and adjusting interventions as needed.

The therapist will collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and medical professionals to support rehabilitation goals and promote functional skills at home, school,



and in the community. The role also includes educating caregivers on exercises, strategies, and communication techniques to reinforce therapy outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation to assess needs and deliver appropriate interventions.
- Knowledge of Medicine and basic clinical practices relevant to therapeutic and developmental conditions.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience or training in Pediatrics, particularly working with children with developmental or learning challenges.
- Relevant skilled degree or certification in Occupational Therapy and/or Speech Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Licensure or registration as required by local regulations and professional bodies.
- Ability to maintain accurate records, manage caseloads, and follow ethical and professional standards of practice.
- Empathy, patience, and a client-centered approach to care.
