Job Purpose The Nurse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the quality of nursing and caregiving services delivered to assigned members. This role combines clinical assessment and hands-on nursing procedures with supervisory accountability for assigned manpower, ensuring members receive safe, timely, and empathetic care at all times.

Key Responsibilities

- Be completely accountable for the quality of service delivered by all assigned manpower.
- Keep continuous track of the health condition of assigned members.
- Coordinate with members and manpower services to resolve needs or conflicts as they arise.
- Provide a complete, detailed handover whenever new manpower is placed or an existing resource is replaced.

Assessments to Be Conducted

- Hospital Assessment — for existing members as well as leads.
- Post-Hospital Assessment.
- Home Care Assessment — for leads.
- Nursing Assessment — for existing members as well as leads.
- Dementia Assessment — conducted jointly with the Dementia Care Specialist.

Clinical Procedures to Be Performed

- Ryles tube insertion and removal.
- Catheterization: insertion/removal, bladder wash, and catheter area cleaning.
- IV channel creation.
- Administration of IV antibiotics and IV fluids.
- Injections — intravenous (IV), intramuscular (IM), and subcutaneous.
- Enema administration and nebulization.
- Wound care treatment.




- Dressing — all types.
- Stitch cutting.
- Vaccinations — all types.

Qualifications & Experience

- Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM/GNA) or B.Sc. in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the State/Indian Nursing Council.
- Minimum 3–5 years of nursing experience, with prior exposure to home healthcare, hospital, or geriatric care settings preferred.
- Prior supervisory or team-coordination experience is an advantage.
- Hands-on, current competency in the clinical procedures listed above.

Skills & Attributes

- Strong communication skills, with a patient and empathetic approach — essential when dealing with elderly members.
- Proactive mindset, able to anticipate and provide timely support of all kinds to members.
- Comfortable using company-provided mobile apps and digital tools for documentation and coordination.
- Versatile to work beyond standard hours when member needs require it.
- Willing and able to travel across Kolkata as needed; owning a bike/two-wheeler is an added advantage.
- Sound clinical judgement, attention to detail, and a calm, reassuring manner with members and families.

Working Conditions

- Field-based role involving regular travel to members' homes and hospitals across Kolkata.
- May require attending to member needs outside standard working hours, including occasional emergencies.
- Close coordination with Dementia Care Specialists, manpower/caregiving staff, and members' families.

Compensation & Benefits As per company norms; to be discussed at the time of offer, based on experience and qualifications.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
