We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Staff to provide quality patient care and support doctors and other healthcare professionals in delivering safe and effective treatment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and health conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Ensure proper care of patients before and after procedures/surgeries.
- Monitor patients for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the doctor/senior nurse.
- Follow infection-control, hygiene, and patient-safety protocols.
- Maintain proper handling and documentation of medicines and medical supplies.
- Educate patients and attendants regarding basic care, medication, and precautions.
- Coordinate effectively with doctors, nursing team members, and other departments.
- Maintain cleanliness,
discipline, and professional standards in the assigned area.
- Perform duties as per assigned shift/roster, including rotational shifts when required.
Qualification
- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing registration with the relevant State Nursing Council.
Experience
- 1–5 years of relevant hospital/clinical experience preferred.
- Fresh candidates with relevant qualification may be considered for suitable positions.
