Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Nursing Superintendent to oversee nursing operations, ensure quality patient care, and manage nursing staff effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage the overall nursing department.
- Ensure high standards of patient care and nursing practices.
- Manage nursing staff, duty rosters, shifts, and staffing requirements.
- Monitor nursing procedures, infection control, and patient safety standards.
- Coordinate with doctors, hospital management, and other departments.
- Conduct regular rounds and monitor nursing services.
- Handle staff training, performance evaluation, and professional development.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with hospital policies.
- Address patient and staff-related concerns promptly.




- Maintain compliance with NABH and other applicable healthcare standards.

Qualifications:

- B.Sc Nursing / GNM / M.Sc Nursing preferred.
- Valid nursing registration.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant nursing experience, with supervisory/management experience preferred.
- Solid leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
