Role: Non-IT & Healthcare Recruiter

Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT and Healthcare roles .
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Shine, social media, referrals, and databases .
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.
- Follow up with candidates until selection, offer, and joining .
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily reports.
- Work on multiple requirements and achieve assigned recruitment targets.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable profiles within timelines.

Requirements:

- Any Graduate; HR/Recruitment background preferred.
- Experience in Non-IT and/or Healthcare recruitment .
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing, screening, follow-up, and candidate coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented recruitment environment.
