Roles and Responsibilities :
- Monitor and respond to alarms in a timely manner, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
- Troubleshoot issues with alarm systems, identifying root causes and implementing solutions to prevent future occurrences.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues related to NOC operations.
- Maintain accurate records of incident resolutions, including documentation of troubleshooting steps and outcomes.
Job Requirements :
- 1-2 years of experience in NOC support engineering or similar role.
- Solid understanding of alarm monitoring principles and practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
