1. Acknowledge client complaints and capture the affected circuit, route, symptoms, contact details and reported outage time accurately.
2. Raise and update Trouble Tickets (TTs) in the approved portal; record priority, assigned team, actions, dependencies and status without creating avoidable duplicates.
3. Coordinate with the O&M; lead to allocate field restoration teams based on incident priority, availability, location and equipment readiness.
4. Confirm the team arrival estimate and estimated restoration time with the field team; communicate changes rather than giving unsupported commitments.
5. Track response and restoration against the applicable Service Level Agreement (SLA), and escalate delays or access constraints promptly. Create RCA against the cuts.
6. Share available route maps, fibre records and previous fault details with field teams to support accurate diagnosis and restoration.
7. Collect field updates, test reports, fault locations and root-cause information; distinguish confirmed findings from information still being checked.




8. Confirm restoration with the client and field team before closing the TT; record actual link-down and link-up times and supporting evidence.
9. Prepare outage, ticket-ageing and planning-versus-closure reports; calculate downtime using the agreed reporting method.
10. Conduct structured shift handovers covering open TTs, client commitments, assigned teams, pending tests and next actions.
11. Coordinate approved current-link, testing and deinstallation requests with operations and business development, maintaining request and handover records.
12. Keep operational records traceable and confidential, and report missing evidence or inaccurate entries for correction before publishing reports.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
