nWe're looking for a NOC Engineer to join our 24×7 operations team and become the first line of defence for our AI infrastructure. If you thrive in high-availability environments and enjoy solving complex infrastructure challenges, we'd love to hear from you.

n? What You'll Do

nMonitor GPU cluster health using Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, and NVIDIA DCGM

nTriage, escalate, and resolve incidents within SLA timelines

nManage shift handovers and customer-facing incident communications

nContribute to automation initiatives and continuous improvement of operational runbooks

n

n? What We're Looking For

n3+ years of experience in a NOC, SOC, or 24×7 Operations setting

nStrong Linux administration skills and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP,



VLANs, DNS, Firewalls)

nExperience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or Jira

nUnderstanding of ITIL-based operational processes

nWillingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends

n⭐ Nice to Have

n• NVIDIA DGX/HGX experience

n• InfiniBand or RoCE networking knowledge

n• Kubernetes exposure

n• Python or Bash scripting skills
