Role & responsibilities

- Teach NEET Foundation Science for students of Classes 69, with strong emphasis on Physics, Chemistry and Biology concepts.

- Build strong fundamentals in Science that prepare students for higher classes and future NEET preparation.

- Explain concepts through concept-based teaching, practical examples, diagrams, experiments and problem-solving.

- Develop students' understanding of Physics, Chemistry and Biology from the school level.

- Introduce age-appropriate NEET-oriented concepts and MCQ/problem-solving techniques.

- Prepare and conduct regular class tests, topic-wise tests, worksheets and MCQ examinations.

- Analyse students' performance and provide individual academic support wherever required.

- Identify learning gaps and implement appropriate remedial teaching.

- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, question banks and practice assignments.

- Motivate students to develop scientific thinking, analytical skills and conceptual clarity.

- Coordinate with academic coordinators and other subject teachers for effective curriculum delivery.

- Maintain student performance records and provide regular feedback to parents/academic coordinators.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science / Physics / Chemistry / Biology / Life Sciences or a relevant subject.

- B.Ed. / M.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.





- 15 years of teaching experience in school Science, NEET Foundation, CBSE/ICSE or competitive-exam-oriented teaching.

- Strong conceptual knowledge of Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

- Experience teaching Classes 69 will be preferred.

- Experience in NEET Foundation / Olympiad / NTSE / competitive-exam foundation coaching will be an advantage.

- Positive classroom management and student engagement skills.

- Ability to explain difficult scientific concepts in a simple and student-friendly manner.

- Robust communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to prepare MCQs, worksheets and competency-based questions.

- Willingness to conduct tests, doubt-clearing sessions and remedial classes.

- Passion for teaching and mentoring school students.
