Role: National Sales Manager – Rx Specialty Channels (Dermatology, Hair Restoration & Aesthetics)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an accomplished National Sales Manager to lead the pan-India business for a high-end, ultra-premium portfolio spanning hair restoration, trichology, skin longevity and medical aesthetics.

This specialist leadership role requires extensive pan-India exposure and strong relationships with top dermatologists, hair-transplant surgeons, trichologists, aesthetic cosmetologists, clinics and key opinion leaders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and execute the national sales strategy for the Hair Restoration and Skin Longevity portfolios.
- Drive revenue growth, market penetration and brand adoption across India.
- Build and strengthen relationships with leading dermatologists, hair-transplant surgeons, trichologists, aesthetic cosmetologists and key opinion leaders.
- Lead, mentor and develop the national sales team, ensuring consistent execution across markets.
- Establish regional targets, review performance and improve sales productivity.
- Identify high-potential doctors, clinics, markets and institutional opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and medical teams on product launches, scientific engagement and customer-development initiatives.




- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer insights.
- Maintain the positioning, customer experience and service standards expected of an ultra-premium portfolio.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

- Current or recent experience in a national or senior pan-India sales leadership role.
- Direct Sales experience working with dermatologists, hair-transplant surgeons, trichologists and/or leading aesthetic cosmetologists.
- Strong pan-India network and market exposure within hair restoration, trichology, dermatology, skin longevity or medical aesthetics.
- Demonstrated success in building markets and growing premium or specialist portfolios.
- Solid sales leadership, team-development and performance-management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
- Based in Mumbai or willing to relocate to Mumbai.
- Available to join immediately or at short notice.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT

Applicants must have relevant pan-India experience in the Rx specialty channel, with direct exposure to dermatology, hair transplantation, trichology or medical aesthetics. Candidates without experience in these customer channels may not be considered.
