- Perform soldering of multipin connectors, terminals, and cable assemblies.

- Read and understand wiring diagrams, cable schedules, and assembly drawings.

- Prepare cables through cutting, stripping, ferruling, and termination.

- Ensure proper soldering quality and strong electrical connections.

- Inspect solder joints for continuity, defects, and workmanship.

- Assemble and wire cable harnesses as per specifications.

- Identify and rectify soldering and wiring defects.

- Use soldering irons, crimping tools, multimeters, and other assembly tools.

- Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) and safety practices where applicable.

- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the work area.

- Complete assigned work within defined production timelines.

Required Skills

- Good hand soldering skills.

- Knowledge of multipin connectors and cable assemblies.

- Ability to read wiring diagrams and assembly drawings.





- Knowledge of wire stripping, crimping, ferruling, and cable preparation.

- Ability to use testing instruments such as multimeters and continuity testers.

- Positive attention to detail and quality standards.

Educational Qualification

- ITI Electronics / Electrician / Wireman

- Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering (preferred)

Experience

- Fresher to 5 years of experience in soldering, cable harness assembly, or electronic manufacturing.
