Position: Multi-Skill Technician Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise daily maintenance activities and technicians.
- Handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance work.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities regularly.
- Attend to maintenance complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Assign daily tasks to technicians and monitor their performance.
- Carry out preventive maintenance of hotel equipment and systems.
- Maintain maintenance records and report major issues to the Engineering Manager.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors when required.
- Ensure compliance with hotel safety and maintenance standards.
- Handle emergency breakdowns and provide quick technical support.





Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in hotel maintenance/engineering.
- Good knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance.
- Experience in supervising a team of technicians.
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related technical field preferred.
- Good communication and troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts and handle emergency situations.

Pay: ₹30,512.24 - ₹35,458.02 per month
