Job Summary The Manager on Duty (MOD) manages hospital operations during shifts, ensuring smooth workflow, staff coordination, and patient satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily operations and patient flow
- Coordinate with clinical, nursing & support teams
- Handle patient/staff concerns and escalations
- Act as point of contact during emergencies
- Ensure SOP, safety & infection control compliance
- Maintain reports and escalate issues
Qualification: Any Degree Experience: 1–2 years MOD experience preferred.
