We are looking for an experienced Mold & Part Designer with strong knowledge of NX 3D Part Design and Injection Moulding Mold Design. The candidate will be responsible for developing plastic components and designing injection moulds as per product and manufacturing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop 3D plastic parts using Siemens NX.

- Design injection moulds for plastic components.

- Prepare parting lines, core & cavity, sliders, lifters and other mould components.

- Understand DFM principles and ensure parts are suitable for injection moulding.

- Modify existing part and mould designs based on production requirements.

- Coordinate with production, tool room and NPD teams for mould development and trials.

- Review drawings and ensure dimensional and functional requirements are met.

- Support mould corrections, troubleshooting and design improvements.

Required Skills

- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in plastic part and injection mould design.

- Strong hands-on experience in NX 3D Part Design.





- Valuable knowledge of Injection Moulding Mold Design.

- Understanding of plastic materials, mould construction and manufacturing processes.

- Knowledge of DFM, GD&T; and engineering drawings will be an advantage.

- Experience in houseware, plastic containers, bottles or similar plastic products will be preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
