Who you are

- You are a builder — not someone who waits for a perfect PRD.
- You thrive when the problem is messy, the timeline is tight, and ownership is on you.
- You know React Native beyond basics — performance tuning, native modules, architecture decisions, async operations, app store deployments… it excites you.
- You want to see your work in customers’ hands, not in backlog boards.

What you’ll own

✅ Build and ship features end-to-end across the app for both iOS and Android on a single Capacitor + React + TypeScript codebase

✅ Write and maintain native Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android) code — including custom Capacitor plugins — for platform features, background processing, and device/third-party integrations

✅ Integrate push notifications (APNs and Firebase Cloud Messaging), including rich/interactive notifications, plus common device capabilities (camera, location, local notifications, storage)

✅ Own the release process: code signing,



provisioning/keystores, versioning, and submissions to the App Store and Google Play through mobile CI/CD

✅ Write and maintain tests: unit, end-to-end, and on-device/automated mobile testing

✅ Apply mobile security and privacy best practices (secure storage, transport security, safe production configuration)

✅Monitor and debug production issues; care about performance, battery, memory, and offline behavior

✅Collaborate with backend, design, and QA; review PRs and mentor junior engineers

✅ Architect and build high-performance cross-platform apps (iOS + Android)

✅ Optimize app performance and deliver smooth user experiences

✅ Bring clarity in ambiguity & push the boundaries of what’s possible in mobile

What we’d love to see

- 4-6 years building and shipping production mobile apps live on the App Store and Google Play
- Solid grasp of JavaScript / TypeScript, Redux/MobX, Hooks, Navigation
- Experience integrating native modules (Swift/Objective-C / Java/Kotlin)
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, design systems & mobile debugging
- Experience with CI/CD for mobile + store deployments
