About the Role

Femora India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage business data, prepare MIS reports, and provide accurate insights to support management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports covering sales, inventory, orders, dispatch, and operations.
- Collect, consolidate, verify, and maintain data from different departments.
- Create and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards, and trackers.
- Analyze data, identify discrepancies, and highlight key trends and performance gaps.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Warehouse, Finance, HR, and other teams for data collection.
- Maintain accurate databases and ensure timely reporting.
- Provide ad-hoc reports and analysis as required by management.
- Automate repetitive reporting processes wherever possible.

Required Skills

- Strong MS Excel skills – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables,



SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, IF formulas, charts, and dashboards.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of Google Sheets is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate in B.Com, BBA, BCA, MBA, or a relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in MIS, reporting, data management, or operations.
- Freshers with robust Excel skills may also apply.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 CTC, depending on experience and skills.
