Role Description This full-time, in office Middle School Physics Teacher role is based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The teacher will plan and deliver engaging physics lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum and learning standards for middle school learners.

Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and teaching materials, explaining physics concepts through demonstrations and activities, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback. The teacher will manage classroom environments, support diverse learning needs, maintain accurate records of assignments and evaluations, and collaborate with other educators and school leadership. Additional responsibilities include communicating regularly with parents or guardians, participating in staff meetings and professional development,



and contributing to co-curricular or science-related activities as required.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development, with the ability to design age-appropriate physics learning experiences.
- Candidates should possess experience working with Middle School learners, including an understanding of adolescent learning styles and classroom management strategies.
- Candidates should possess effective Teaching skills, including clear instruction, use of practical experiments, and the integration of technology to support learning.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with students, colleagues, and parents or guardians.
- Relevant academic qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Education, or a closely related field; a B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification is preferred.
- Prior experience teaching physics or science at the middle school level, preferably in CBSE/ICSE or similar curricula.
- Ability to create inclusive, learner-centered classrooms and support students from diverse backgrounds.
- Commitment to continuous professional development, ethical conduct, and adherence to school policies and safeguarding practices.
