Position: Mid/Senior Quality Engineer

Experience: 3–4+ Years

Industry: Conveyor / Bulk Material Handling / Engineering Manufacturing

Location: Bhosari- Pune

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections of conveyor components and assemblies.
- Prepare and maintain Inspection Test Plans (ITP), Quality Checklists, and inspection reports.
- Inspect fabricated and machined components as per drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
- Monitor welding, fabrication, machining, assembly, and dimensional quality.
- Coordinate with Production, Design, Purchase, and Projects teams to resolve quality issues.
- Identify NCRs, root causes, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Handle customer/vendor inspection and support FAT/inspection activities.
- Ensure proper calibration and usage of measuring instruments.
- Maintain quality documentation and support ISO/QMS requirements.
- Conduct vendor quality inspections when required.

Required Skills




- 3–4+ years of experience in conveyor manufacturing / bulk material handling / heavy engineering industry.
- Valuable knowledge of conveyor components, fabrication, welding, machining, and assembly.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.;
- Knowledge of quality tools such as 7 QC Tools, RCA, 5 Why, CAPA, and NCR.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle shop-floor quality activities.

Qualification Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Preferred: Candidates with direct experience in belt conveyors, bucket elevators, screw conveyors, or bulk material handling equipment.

Pay: From ₹24,000.00 per month
