Optimise yield, fettling time, and dimensional accuracy across product lines.
Required Candidate profile
Lead the methoding, pattern shop, and process engineering team; mentor junior engineers in simulation and methoding best practices
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Pattern Shop, and Maintenance
