Role Description The Meta Ads Intern (Remote) is a full-time role focused on supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with audience research, setting up ad campaigns and ad sets, creating and updating ad copy and creatives in collaboration with the team, and monitoring performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, and conversions. The intern will help analyze campaign data, prepare performance reports, and suggest data-informed optimizations to improve ROI.

Additional tasks may include competitor analysis,



basic landing page review, and coordination with other team members working on Google Ads, SEO, and broader performance marketing initiatives. This role is fully remote and requires consistent communication and collaboration through digital tools.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), including campaign structure, targeting options, and basic optimization techniques.
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts such as PPC, performance marketing, conversion funnels, and lead generation.
- Ability to work with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, basic familiarity with GA4 or similar) and interpret campaign data to identify trends.
- Solid written communication skills for ad copywriting, reporting, and documentation, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfort with remote collaboration tools and the ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and follow structured processes independently.
- Interest in continuous learning in paid social, SEO, CRO, and broader growth marketing best practices.
- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior exposure to running or assisting with social media or paid campaigns (academic projects, personal projects, or internships) is a plus.
