About the Role we are looking for an experienced

MEP Project Engineer – Execution & Billing to handle MEP site execution, project coordination, measurements, billing and documentation. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring MEP works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day

MEP project execution at the site as per approved drawings and specifications.

- Coordinate and supervise

Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP)

works at the project site.

- Review MEP drawings, BOQs, specifications and technical documents before execution.

- Prepare and verify site measurements, quantity take-offs and BOQs

.

- Prepare

RA Bills, client bills and subcontractor bills based on actual site measurements.

- Verify contractor/subcontractor measurements and bills before submission.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and subcontractors for MEP works.

- Ensure proper execution of

HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting and other MEP services as applicable to the project.

- Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed within the planned schedule.

- Coordinate MEP works with civil, architectural and structural teams to avoid site clashes and rework.

- Check materials delivered at site as per approved specifications and quantity requirements.

- Maintain daily progress reports, measurement sheets, material records and billing documentation

.

- Prepare work completion records, inspection requests and relevant project documentation.





- Coordinate with consultants for inspections, approvals and resolution of technical issues.

- Identify site discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions with the execution team.

- Ensure MEP installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and applicable codes.

- Track variations, extra items and deviations and maintain proper supporting documentation.

- Assist in project quantity reconciliation, material reconciliation and final billing

.

- Conduct testing, commissioning and handover activities for completed MEP works.

- Ensure adherence to project safety, quality and documentation requirements

.

Technical Requirements

- Strong knowledge of

MEP execution and site engineering

.

- Hands-on experience in

MEP billing, RA Bills, measurements and quantity verification

.

- Good understanding of

BOQ, rate analysis, quantity take-off and reconciliation

.

- Ability to read and interpret

MEP drawings, layouts, schematics and specifications

.

- Knowledge of

HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems

.

- Experience in client billing and subcontractor bill verification

.

- Knowledge of

AutoCAD for reading and checking MEP drawings.

- Valuable knowledge of

MS Excel for measurements, billing and project MIS.

- Understanding of project specifications, applicable standards and quality requirements.

Candidate Profile

- B.Tech/B.E./Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or relevant engineering discipline
